Privacy policy
How browsing, local enquiry drafts and separately sent correspondence are handled.
1. About this notice
Tina Marie Collier-Duncan, identified professionally as Tina Marie Collier-Duncan, publishes this document-design portfolio. The identification address is 732 Richmond St, Rockwell City, IA 50579, United States, and the published enquiry email is [email protected]. This policy explains the practical difference between reading a page, composing a draft and separately sending correspondence. It does not assert a private client workflow that has not been established. Browsing the concept publications requires no reader registration, subscription purchase or upload of a manuscript, and the portfolio does not build personal reading profiles through an authored account feature.
2. What the project form contains
The fields are name, reply email, an optional company or project description, a selected design interest and a message. A related link may put the selected interest in the request URL so it can be carried into the draft. The page does not ask you to submit a whole manuscript, reader list, contributor records or payment details. Describe the publication and its format at a useful high level first. Confidential source material can be discussed later through an appropriate, separately agreed method if an engagement develops.
3. Composing is not submitting
The button prepares a draft visible on the page and a link that can open your own email application. The authored script does not send the fields to a website database or confirm their receipt. Until you choose to use an email service, the preview remains a browser interaction. Email applications may save drafts, sync accounts or preserve sent copies under their own settings. Review what is included, who it is addressed to and whether it contains material you have permission to share before deciding to send.
4. Correspondence about a publication
A received message may be used to understand the document type, intended reader, source content and proposed design scope, and to continue the enquiry. It should not be assumed that an initial request establishes a confidential manuscript repository or permission to use personal details of authors and contributors for other purposes. Keep a message relevant to the design conversation. If a real project involves personal information in source documents, the responsibilities for access, editing, proofs and final distribution should be established for that particular engagement.
5. Infrastructure needed to display the pages
Requests for a page, font or artwork pass through hosting and delivery services. Technical information can include a network address, request path, time, browser characteristics and error details. Cloudflare can handle delivery and security and may add email protection, traffic or performance analytics and network error reporting. These functions relate to operating the website rather than editing the content of a project enquiry. A policy attached to a portfolio cannot establish that every independent infrastructure provider keeps no logs or stores all information in a single location.
6. Files, cookies and saved browser data
The publication studies are original images served from the site, alongside local font and script files. No third-party document viewer, embedded social stream, video service, sign-in widget or upload tool is authored into the pages. The enquiry script makes no local storage or session storage entry and sets no cookie of its own. Ordinary browser functions can still cache a page or restore values in an open tab. You can manage cookies, cache, autofill and saved sessions through the browser rather than through an invented consent switch on this site.
7. Providers and separate services
Choosing to open and send an email places the message within the services you use for that purpose. The recipient’s provider may then process it as ordinary correspondence. Hosting and delivery providers receive the technical requests necessary to serve the portfolio, under their own operational terms. The authored form has no step that uploads a document or adds an address to a mailing list. Providers can operate internationally; this notice does not promise that the location printed in the footer is the only place where infrastructure processes information.
8. How long records may remain
There is no website enquiry database created by the draft tool. A message actually sent later can exist in different places, including the sender’s drafts or sent folder, a recipient’s mailbox, backups and records of a subsequent project. Their retention depends on purpose and applicable obligations; an exact period has not been stated here as a promise. To ask about a particular exchange or deletion, contact [email protected] with enough context to identify it. Distinguish information held by the professional from copies controlled independently by your own services.
9. Your questions and applicable rights
The rights available depend on applicable data protection law and the circumstances of processing. They can include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, together with a route to complain to a competent authority. Direct a request to the contact email and identify the relevant enquiry without sending a full identity file in the first message. The portfolio does not require such a document to browse. Where consent is the relevant basis for a later activity, its withdrawal should be considered according to the applicable rules and that activity’s actual arrangement.
10. Care with source documents and updates
Do not include private subscriber lists, health information, financial records or a child’s personal details in an introductory design message. A document can contain information that is unrelated to the layout question. No online tool provides an absolute security assurance, so share a proportionate outline through an account you trust. The site is intended for professional design conversations and not children’s account creation. This notice is dated 2 November 2026; it should be reviewed when the actual page features or information-handling arrangements change.
